Concept
This project aimed to develop a specialized mobile and web platform designed to address the significant barriers faced by Deaf learners, ensuring the delivery of accessible content and specialized sign language education. The core concept emphasized inclusive design and utilizing technology to build a supportive learning environment, thereby empowering Deaf students to enrich their vocabulary and express themselves fully and confidently.
Scope
Comprehensive, involving a 10-person merged team (web and mobile). My role required leading this team as the Project Manager and Scrum Master, demanding a combination of leadership, empathy, and adaptability to manage timelines, resolve blockers, and align developers and designers under one unified vision. I was also deeply involved in the mobile development track and UI/UX design, utilizing tools like Figma, Kotlin, and Android Studio, ensuring the final mobile output met both user needs and project objectives.
